Why this company exists

Hi, I'm Jaden. This started with one ridiculous quote.

I started this company after my father-in-law built a pickleball court and tried to hire someone to paint it. The quotes he got back were almost as expensive as the court itself — one was $13,000. Which is ridiculous.

So the task was handed to me.

We ordered paint from one of the best court surfacing companies in the world, and I practiced and learned the technique properly — surface prep, resurfacer, colour coats, taping, and pulling clean lines. The results were spectacular. Better than spectacular, honestly, considering what the "professionals" wanted to charge.

Now that I've learned to do it right, I'm offering it to everyone else who wants a really nice court — for way less than the competition.

I take care of it all from start to finish, including the asphalt resurfacer application. Highest-quality products, done right, and I'll treat your court the way I treated my father-in-law's — because I still have to play on that one.

Basketball & Multi-Sport

Half courts, full courts, key and three-point lines, and combination layouts that share one slab between two or three sports.

Refresh & Recolour

Existing court looking tired? A recoat brings back the colour, traction and line definition for a fraction of a rebuild.

Good questions

Court Painting FAQ

How much does it cost to paint a pickleball court in the Okanagan?

It depends on the size of the slab, the condition of the asphalt or concrete, and whether you want a full colour-coated surface or just lines. What we can tell you is that quotes in the $10,000–$13,000 range are common around here — and we consistently come in far below that for the same professional acrylic system. Send us your dimensions and you'll get a straight number.

Do you paint tennis courts and basketball courts too?

Yes — tennis, pickleball, basketball, half-courts, multi-sport and custom layouts. Adding pickleball lines to an existing tennis court is one of the most common jobs we do, and one of the cheapest.

What kind of paint do you use?

Professional 100% acrylic sport surfacing products — the same textured resurfacer and colour coatings used on club and municipal courts. No driveway sealer, no hardware-store paint. Applied properly, the surface holds its colour and grip through hot Okanagan summers and freeze-thaw winters.

Does my asphalt need to be resurfaced first?

Usually, yes. New asphalt needs to cure, then an acrylic resurfacer gets applied to fill the surface texture and give the colour coats something smooth and uniform to bond to. We do that step ourselves as part of the job — you don't have to hire a separate contractor or coordinate anyone.

How long does the job take?

A typical residential pickleball court takes a few days on site. Every coat has to cure before the next one goes down and we won't rush that, plus we need a dry weather window. You'll get a realistic timeline with your quote.

What time of year can you paint?

Acrylic coatings need warm, dry conditions, so the Okanagan season generally runs spring through early fall. Booking early in the season is smart — the calendar fills up fast once the weather turns.

Can I choose my court colours?

Absolutely. Classic blue-and-green is the most popular, but the full range of court colours is available for the playing area, the surrounds and the kitchen. Tell us the look you're after and we'll show you options.

Do you work on concrete as well as asphalt?

Yes. Concrete needs slightly different prep — it has to be properly cured and etched or primed first — but the finished result is the same. Mention your surface type in the form and we'll spell out what's needed.
